How did you first hear about the Arise® Platform?
I was doing an internet search for contract opportunities because I got tired of the rat race, working 9-5, and commuting to work. I also felt I was not being recognized for my contributions.
So, when I did the search, Arise popped up, and I jumped at the chance to start my own business.
What do you like most about the client opportunity you service, and why?
I provide customer service to the media and entertainment company, and I love having the ability to assist others in planning their vacations.
I also love being able to give the customer information about the client that helps them.
With this program in particular, I can express myself and see the joy I bring to others, and I am able to provide a resolution to problems if they occur.
I love this program and I go above and beyond to help others.
The thing I like the most is that it makes it very easy to help customers because I can help by telling them how great I feel about this program.
I truly do believe in this program.
Tell a story about a time when your customer service made an impact on someone else’s life.
This might have been when I first started in 2016, but I had a particular guest that was going through some medical issues. She needed to cancel her vacation plans with the client, but because she was within the time limit of her reservation, she was unable to cancel without forfeiting the funds.
I went over the policies with her and explained why they were the way they were. But I took an extra step and reached out to the client.
I found out that, although she couldn’t cancel her vacation, she could schedule it for a later date—when she was feeling better.
After doing this for her, she was crying and thanking me at the same time, and it just did something to me because I was able to do something nice for her by saving her vacation.
She was really worried about her vacation plans, and I was able to save it for her.
