How did you hear about the Arise® Platform? Were you referred by a friend or family member or was it an advertisement you saw somewhere?
I heard about the Arise® Platform during a time where I was looking to transition from corporate America because I already had several side businesses and was looking for work from home opportunities.
Then, I stumbled upon the video about Arise on The Real talk show, and when I saw that video, it caught my attention.
I’m not sure why, but it just grabbed me, and I am not one to make quick decisions, but there was something about that video the drew me into the Arise® Platform.
So, I started following Arise and did some research and decided the Arise® Platform was something I needed to try.
Now, the video is in some of the things that I share online.
What are some things that you’ve been able to do in your free time (that you wouldn’t have had time for if you hadn’t found the Arise® Platform)?
Since I found the Arise® Platform, I have been able to build on my own entrepreneurial business.
I love the flexibility that the Arise® Platform has given me to connect with other people.
The platform also gave me the opportunity to be more available for my children in the last stages of high school.
It was super important because I was able to be ready and available whenever they needed me—to be able to schedule things that I would not normally have been available for, including the events they may have had.
I was in control of my schedule.
To service a client program, Service Partners elect to participate in a certification program that often includes instructor-led learning, self-paced learning, and real-world application. Can you tell us a little more about your experience in certification and what you enjoyed most?
I made sure to ask a lot of questions, and I was glad that they had the support groups, and the chat support for me while servicing. Once I completed the certification course, I felt very prepared.
The certification course prepared me for success and with the ability to provide outstanding customer service for each customer.
Outstanding customer service and building relationships is important to me, and I was able to do that during calls after certification.
What skills and qualities do you feel are most beneficial for Service Partners success?
I believe that having good listening skills and being empathic is very important.
When you listen to a customer, you can find out a lot—especially the tone that they’re using—it allows you to set the mood of the conversation by actively listening.
We sometimes are quick to take action during calls, but when we don’t listen, we miss things.
A lot of times, when a customer calls—they just want to be heard—and then you can resolve the issue for them.
How has your use of the Arise® Platform improved your life?
The use of the Arise® Platform has improved my life because it allowed me to transition from corporate America to work from home and service clients myself.
It has also helped me be my own boss and expand my business by providing opportunities for other people to work from home.
And I am passionate about helping others to achieve their goal and be able to financially make ends meet and provide for their families.
What does it mean for you to be your own boss and run your own company?
It feels good to have the freedom and flexibility and earn money all at the same time.
It gives me control of my life, and I am very passionate about it.
I like being in control of the things that I do and being able to schedule my work around the life of my family, which is very important. My family is my everything!
Basically, freedom and flexibility are the key.
