What to expect:
- Respond to “Where is my order” calls
- Assisting loyalty customers with points, discounts and more
- Troubleshoot order related issues
- Providing a quick and thorough understanding of customer priorities and identify key improvement areas
- Assisting customers with product questions
- Placing new orders/volume orders
- Handling existing orders: returns/replacements
What it takes to succeed:
- Build and maintain strong working relationships through exceptional communication
- Demonstrate a working knowledge of a variety of sports and outdoor activities
- Fluent, both written and verbal, in English
- Demonstrate a proven ability to deal with challenging customers and situations
Skills necessary:
This remote work opportunity is for anyone who is ready to invest in themselves and work hard! Customer service skills, empathy, and motivation are excellent foundations for the work.
In order to service a client through the Arise® Platform, you must pass a series of assessments and successfully complete a virtual certification course specific to the client requirements for the program you have selected.
Certification courses can be as short as a few days or can last up to six weeks, and may include live instruction and/or self-paced work, depending on the complexity of the client program.
