Before a Service Partner can begin servicing any client program, they must first enroll in, attend, and successfully complete a client certification course. This is required by clients in order to be able to service their respective accounts. Certification courses provide the learner with critical knowledge related to the client and call types, as well as how to deliver a successful customer experience.
As of July 18, 2022, all certification courses are FREE. However, if a Service Partner enrolls in a course but does not show up to the first day of class, a $20 No-Show fee will be charged. Additionally, as of September 1, 2022, there will be a charge of $30 for a background check (only if applicable). The background check will be valid for 36 months so once it’s taken – or if the Service Partner already has a valid background check in the system – the Service Partner will not have to pay the background check fee multiple times, should they choose to service more than one client program.
Courses range anywhere from 10 days to 8 weeks in length. Each session is normally 4 hours long. Often the course is instructor-led but there are also self-directed components, and there may be requirements to complete prior to the next day’s class. Everything is virtual. Videos and audio components are built into the online experience.
The certification experience closely reflects the real world.
