  • Review, analyze, and respond to customer billing inquiries
  • Resolve customer issues or questions
  • Processing payment deferrals and installment plans
  • Quickly identify customer needs in the first few minutes of the call to offer the appropriate plan
  • Accurately enroll the customer in the correct plan
  • Strive to resolve the customer issues on the first call
  • Demonstrate knowledge of business energy processes and policies
  • Build trust and rapport with the energy customer through clear, respectful interaction
  • Always strive to ensure that overall customer satisfaction remains high while resolving issues

What it takes to succeed:

  • Have the ability to make a great first impression by being empathetic, and have a "CAN HELP ATTITUDE“
  • Have active listening and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to make the customer feel valued
  • Ability to communicate effectively, clearly, and professionally

Skills necessary:

Most of the enterprise client programs on the Arise Platform require customer service skills. This can include specific skillsets as defined by the client, and soft skills such as empathy, positive attitude, and attentiveness.

In order to service a client through the Arise® Platform, you must pass a series of assessments and successfully complete a virtual certification course specific to the client requirements for the program you have selected.

Certification courses can be as short as a few days or can last up to six weeks, and may include live instruction and/or self-paced work, depending on the complexity of the client program.
