What it takes to succeed:

  • Experience in Roadside Assistance
  • Strong ability to follow process and workflow for compliance.
  • Outstanding customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Patience and empathy - an ability to manage stress and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in written and verbal communication, with outstanding listening skills.
  • Experience navigating and efficiently using program tools and software.

Skills necessary:

You must be calm under pressure, with an ability to think quickly and solve problems in fast-moving situations. Strong listening and verbal communication skills are essential to support stressed or stranded customers with patience and professionalism. The ability to multitask, juggling inbound and outbound calls while navigating mapping tools, client systems, and provider networks simultaneously, is key to delivering timely, effective assistance.

What you'll be doing:

  • Handle inbound calls for roadside assistance requests, including common emergencies like dead batteries, flat tires, lockouts, and fuel needs
  • Place outbound calls to service providers to coordinate and dispatch appropriate assistance
  • Communicate with customers, clients, and account representatives for status updates and clarification
  • Transfer calls to the appropriate internal departments or representatives as needed
  • Use map tools and client tools to identify customer locations
  • Review and communicate policy coverage
  • Follow up with service providers and customers to ensure needs are fully resolved
