What to expect:

• Taking calls and answering questions from English and Speaking callers in need of medical transportation services
• Coordinating, updating, canceling, and confirming appointments
• Engaging with a wide demographic of callers
• Servicing as an extension of the Medical Transportation Company as their representative, delivering exemplary customer service

What it takes to succeed:

- Patience, empathy, a unique ability to manage stress, and the capability to work under pressure and adapt to adverse situations
- Provide knowledgeable, friendly, and eloquent customer service
- Experience working with users to identify the best solution

Skills necessary:

No degree necessary! Past experience in healthcare or health services has shown to be beneficial for people providing customer service on this particular program, as the training, empathy, and knowledge really shine through.

In order to service a client through the Arise® Platform you must pass a series of assessments (including a language assessment) and successfully complete a virtual certification course specific to the client requirements for the program you have selected.

Certification courses can be as short as a few days or can last up to six weeks, and may include live instruction and/or self-paced work, depending on the complexity of the client program.
