• Experience navigating and efficiently using program tools and software.
Education necessary:
No degree necessary – great work from home opportunity for anyone who is ready to invest in themselves and work hard! To service a client through the Arise® Platform you must pass a series of assessments, background checks and successfully complete a virtual certification course.
Certification courses can be as short as a few days or can last up to six weeks, depending on the complexity of the client program.
What you'll be doing:
• Providing support to customers, service providers, and partners through outbound calls.
• Negotiating agreeable service rates for services rendered.
• Helping to guarantee a smooth and empathetic customer experience.
• Gathering and verifying all information with the Customer.
• Overseeing all aspects of a roadside service request case by reviewing all case details and responding to messages in a timely and effective manner.
